We primarily ship within the USA. However, some exceptions apply—if the website allows you to check out and enter your shipping address (e.g., for Canada), we will fulfill your order.

4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Most in-stock items are shipped within 5 business days after order confirmation. Delivery typically takes 5–15 days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

5. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email within 24 hours. If you haven’t received tracking info within 6 business days, please contact us at support@acegolfoutlet.com.

6. What are my shipping options?
We offer three types of shipping:

  • Free Curbside Shipping (5–15 days): Standard delivery to your front door.

  • Threshold Shipping: Delivered to your porch or sheltered area like a garage.

  • White Glove Delivery: Delivered to your room of choice, minor assembly included, with all packaging removed.

7. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate address changes. However, if the order has already been processed or shipped, additional freight charges may apply and must be covered by the customer.

8. Are shipping times guaranteed?
No, all shipping times are estimates. We aim to ship as quickly as possible, but delays can happen. If an order is canceled due to shipping delays, the customer will be responsible for any related shipping and handling fees.

9. What happens if my item is out of stock or backordered?
If your item is unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and notify you right away via email.

Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy on unused items in original packaging. Please contact our team to initiate the return. Note: Some return shipping or restocking fees may apply based on the product.
